RECRUITMENT
Why Delt?
Delta Tau Delta is the place for leaders to hone their skills, youths to grow, students to find support and guidance and men to find their paths to a life of excellence. With more than 150 years of guiding men via Truth, Courage, Faith, and Power, the Delta Tau Delta experience has fostered innovators, advocates, change agents and community leaders by affecting the world through self-discovery. Delt at Indiana University is a unique organization, we take pride in our diverse group of personalities brought together by the desire to be different and better than our peers.
How to Rush Delt
Delta Tau Delta operates a particularly selective recruitment process. Fraternity recruitment is organized through Indiana University’s Interfraternity Council. The process, also known as “rush”, occurs twice a year at the beginning of each semester and offers potential new members an opportunity to learn about what each fraternity has to offer. During rush week, potential new members can visit the Shelter at 1431 N David Baker Ave, and may be offered a bid on the final day of rush week if the chapter decides they will be a good fit.
For any questions about the IFC Rush process, please visit www.ifcindiana.org.
